Things to Do Today

from King Dick by INSTRUMENTS

/

about

This was the first Big Black song we ever recorded, sometime around 1997 or so, possibly as a warm-up for some MOTES Trellis I Tripod era recordings. The big boom at 0:32 was a weird old drum synth Jon had. Don't know why he ever sold that thing, it was great. I'm pretty sure Jon pinched his nose to get an authentic Albini-esque vocal delivery on this one. - JL
